A valid skin is composed of two files: one with a (the image file) and an .xml or .ini file (the configuration file). Both files must be extracted together.

Because Atomix Productions shifted its entire development and hosting infrastructure to VirtualDJ over fifteen years ago, those old database directories were permanently deleted. Since the software is no longer updated, there is no official patch to redirect that button to a live server.

The original software included a built-in "Download Skins" button. Clicking this button today results in a connection error.
