A comic is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. With this in mind, CovrPrice only displays actual sales data (taken across multiple online marketplaces… not just eBay) to help you better determine the best value for your comics.
Our goal for this graph is to show overall sales trends for officially graded comics. Here we take the average for each condition and display it as a data point. To see the most recent sales data for each condition be sure to look at the individual sales data listed in the tables below.
“I sold a comic last week, why isn’t it showing up on your site?”
At CovrPrice, we capture tens of thousands of sales DAILY. It’s simply impossible for a human to determine the authenticity of every sale coming our way. (Trust us, we’ve tried) To ensure the quality of our data we error on the side of caution, valuing accuracy over quantity. We only integrate sales for comics that our robots are confident are correct. While we don’t capture 100% of every sale in the market we’re getting closer and closer to that goal. If you think we missed a sale that you want to be entered into CovrPrice just contact us at [email protected] with information about the sale and our humans will investigate and add it for you.
That’s easy, when listing your comics for sale on 3rd party marketplaces be sure you include the following: Comic Title, Issue #, Issue Year, Variant Info (usually the cover artists last name), and Grade info.
For example Captain Marvel #1 (2015) - Hughes Variant - CGC 9.8
This will help our robots better identify and sort your sales more accurately.
×Understanding the Firmware Honor Pad X9 Repack: Custom Optimization and Flashing Guide The Honor Pad X9 Go to product viewer dialog for this item.
Repacking the firmware of your HONOR Pad X9 is a powerful technique that transforms your tablet from a locked-down consumer device into a fully customizable computing environment. While the process involves technical risks—ranging from voiding your warranty to potentially bricking the device—the rewards include a bloatware-free system, system-level root access, and the ability to breathe new life into aging hardware.
Unlike a standard Over-The-Air (OTA) update provided by HONOR (which usually updates the system without deleting data), a repacked firmware is a "forced flash." HONOR has official guidelines for system updates, but these keep the device locked down. Repacking allows you to bypass these restrictions to take full control of your hardware.
If your HONOR Pad X9 is stuck in a bootloop, is soft-bricked, or refuses to start, flashing a repacked or stock firmware (often called a "Full Flash" or "Stock ROM") is the only solution. The official "dload" method, which involves placing a firmware folder on a microSD card, is one of the safest ways to restore a device to working order. The firmware file sizes for the Pad X9 are quite large (around 3.65 GB to 3.72 GB), indicating that they contain complete system images rather than just incremental updates. firmware+honor+pad+x9+repack
: Honor devices are notoriously difficult to modify because the bootloader is locked. Without a bootloader unlock code (which Honor officially stopped providing), flashing a repacked firmware is nearly impossible without using hardware-level exploits or paid professional tools.
Widevine DRM drops from L1 to L3, limiting Netflix/Prime to SD resolution.
Once the tablet is in fastboot mode, you can confirm the connection with fastboot devices . To flash your repacked boot image, use: fastboot flash boot magisk_patched_[random].img Wait for the process to complete. Once done, restart the tablet: fastboot reboot Understanding the Firmware Honor Pad X9 Repack: Custom
For the Honor Pad X9, "repacking" typically refers to one of three things:
The memory configuration of the Honor Pad X9 generally offers , without an external SD card slot. This configuration makes the device highly capable for everyday tasks, but the minimal headroom in RAM makes custom firmware optimization a desirable pursuit for power users.
Flashing a repacked firmware cannot be done through the standard Android settings menu. You must gather the following desktop utilities and prerequisites: Unlike a standard Over-The-Air (OTA) update provided by
Firmware repacking can be a complex and risky process, and it may void the warranty of the device. Users should be cautious and take necessary precautions, such as:
Download the firmware package (usually a .zip file).
Repacking typically targets system.img and cust.img .
Once repacked, you have two safe options:
Our goal is to provide our members with the closest FMV (fair market value) for all the comics in their COVRPRICE collection. Our approach is as follows:
1) If no condition info is entered for a comic, we will show you the FMV for the most common condition of that comic.
2) If you’ve entered condition info, we will show you the FMV for that specific condition, when it’s available.
3) If that specific condition has no sale values available, we will show you the FMV for the most common condition of that comic (either raw or slabbed)
This approach helps to ensure that most of your comics have a reasonable value estimate based only on real sales data (not speculation).
The items below show how value information is displayed for raw and slabbed comics on the COVRPRICE value ribbon.
|
Indicates a raw comic with no grade info entered. In this case, we show the FMV for the most common condition. (i.e., NM $900) |
|
Indicates a raw comic with grade info entered at 9.6. Here the FMV ($1,234) is for a Raw 9.6 comic. |
|
Indicates a raw comic with no sales info available at any condition range. |
|
Indicates that the user entered a raw comic with a grade of 9.6. When there are no sales for that grade we show the FMV for the most common condition. (e.g., NM $900) |
|
Similar to the above example, when the only available FMV comes from the No Grade category, we show the word “Raw” next to the value instead of a specific category range. (e.g. RAW $900) |
|
Indicates a slabbed comic with grade info entered at 9.6. Here the FMV ($2,000) is for a CGC 9.6 comic. |
|
Indicates a slabbed comic with no sales available at any condition range. |
|
Indicates that the user entered a slabbed comic with the grade of 9.6. When there are no sales for that grade we show the FMV for the most common condition. (e.g. 8.0) |
