The submission process for the RPR is strictly time-bound. The Centre for Postgraduate Studies announces specific deadlines for each semester, during which the i-Monitor system is opened for access, key-in, and the final submission of the online research progress report by students. For example, for Semester 2 of the 2022/2023 session, the submission period was from 22 May 2023 to 30 July 2023. These dates are strictly enforced; once the deadline has passed, the research progress report section is closed, and any submission attempts after the deadline will be blocked by the system.
