Exit Room 4 to find a new corridor. Install the lever on the door directly opposite the one you entered. Turn the lever to open the door and enter Room 5. Inside, you'll find a wall-mounted puzzle to your left. The goal is to move each red symbol to its matching corner. Use the sliders on the side to move the symbols up, down, left, or right.
