Hunt Cyclops, Minotaurs, and Giant Spiders. Warning: Giant Spiders in 7.4 are incredibly fast and hit hard. Lure them one by one and keep your health above 400 at all times.

Always use the fighting mode while training. Equip the weakest weapon possible of your chosen class (Knife for Sword, Sickle for Axe, Crowbar for Club) to ensure you do not kill your training partner too quickly.
