Once installed, you must configure the cable to the software. Plug your VCDS clone cable into the USB port. Turn off Wi-Fi or unplug your Ethernet cable

Run the VCDS-Release-23.3.1-Installer.exe . Install it to the default directory, typically C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS .
